Our Services Include:

Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Checks (715 Health Checks)
A full health check tailored specifically to the needs of Indigenous patients — recommended yearly and fully covered by Medicare. -
Chronic Disease Prevention and Management
Ongoing support for conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, asthma, and mental health issues. -
Immunisations and Baby Checks
Early life care including developmental checks and vaccinations for children. -
Cervical Screening, Breast Checks & Men’s Health
Confidential, culturally appropriate care for women and men, including cancer screening. -
Referrals to Allied Health Services
Support from Aboriginal health workers, mental health providers, dietitians, physiotherapists and more — with Medicare-funded visits available. -
Connection to Community Support Services
Help accessing local programs, social support, and outreach services where needed.
